Ing. Vojtěch Skala, Ph.D.

Hydrologist

I model groundwater flow, work with green infrastructure, and look for meaningful connections between landscape, data, and decision-making.

01 — About

From groundwater to ground-up ventures

I am a hydrogeologist and civil engineer with a Ph.D. in water management. I specialize in hydrological modelling, data analysis, and GIS. For nearly a decade, I have worked with groundwater — from field monitoring and numerical models to the assessment of major water resources and radioactive waste repositories.

In the last year, I decided to shift toward my own project, active investing, and the practical use of AI. I combine technical depth with entrepreneurial thinking, and I enjoy turning measurements into decisions.

Water

I work with its movement in landscapes and underground systems — from rainfall to deep aquifers.

Data

I turn measurements and observations into models and insights that support better decisions.

Landscape

Green infrastructure and sustainable water resource management remain at the core of how I think.
